JDMA uses GIS software application to integrate geospatial data, analyse patterns and trends, compile maps, and to georeference and format data and imagery.
JDMA can work with a full range of geospatial data formats including CAD and GIS line data, digitized stereo or orthorectified aerial photography, multispectral satellite imagery, LiDAR point clouds, and elevation surfaces (raster, TIN and mesh). GIS applications used by JDMA include the latest versions of both ESRI ArcGIS and MicroImages TNTmips Pro, as well as various specialized scientific mapping programs.
