J.D. Mollard and Associates (2010) Limited is a professional engineering, geoscience and environmental consulting firm based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Dr. Jack Mollard founded the original J.D. Mollard and Associates Limited in 1956, and over the next five decades Jack and his firm carried out more than 5,000 consulting assignments for governments, academia and private industry, across Canada and around the world.

In 2010, Dr. Mollard retired as president of J.D. Mollard and Associates Limited, and company operations were taken over by long-time employee Lynden Penner under a new company, J.D. Mollard and Associates (2010) Limited. Staff are committed to carrying on the tradition of excellence in applied civil and geological engineering, geology, hydrogeology, geography, biology, remote sensing, GIS, terrain analysis and environmental studies.

Health and Safety

JDMA maintains an up-to-date company health, safety and environment program in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety and labour standards, including sections on vehicle and aircraft travel, field work, and personnel protective equipment. JDMA project managers and field supervisors ensure that all travel and field work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with JDMA’s HS&E policy. JDMA is currently in the process of obtaining COR certification with the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA).

Quality Assurance

JDMA prides itself on the delivery of high-quality services and products to its clients. All engineering, geoscience and environmental work is carried out by experienced personnel working within their fields of specialization.  When appropriate, project deliverables are carefully reviewed by licensed Professional Engineers and Geoscientists prior to delivery to clients. JDMA maintains an up-to-date Quality Assurance / Quality Controls Procedures manual and a Professional Practice Management plan.
